Shout out to my dear friend and colleague Kostas Sfakiotakis for helping me out with this one. I Was working on a new FortiGate, and I typically like to prepare a baseline script and upload it via System > Advanced > Configuration Scripts.
The FortiGate in question is running FortiOS 6.2.3, and I couldn't for the life of me find this option. Asking the team I worked with, Kostas pointed out that it appears to have moved to under the user section in the top right of the web UI.
There doesn't appear to be any mention of this in the release notes, so I wanted to document this, hopefully it's helpful to the next guy who tries to do this.
